A branding and restaurant website design project for Ojai Noodle House aimed to create a unique identity that seamlessly blends traditional Vietnamese aesthetics with elements of deco design principles. The restaurant is based within the charming, laid-back atmosphere of Ojai.
The design focused on encapsulating the vibrant, community-centric spirit and ensuring the restaurant feels both contemporary and warmly familiar to locals and visitors alike.
We drew inspiration from the rich history of Vietnamese typography, particularly its integration of Art Deco elements. Our goal was to revive this tradition with a custom typeface that balances playfulness with a raw, authentic style.
The Ojai Noodle House is set in a space that was originally a sports bar, retaining the lively and festive energy of its past.
We aimed to capture and reflect this vibrant atmosphere in our branding.
